These terms cover use of this website — marulamusic.com — for browsing, contacting us, and signing up to the newsletter. They don’t cover buying a product; that checkout runs on Moonbase, whose own terms apply to purchases, licensing, and refunds at the point of sale.

Using this site

Content here — copy, images, gear notes, plugin descriptions — belongs to Marula Music unless credited otherwise, and is here for you to read, not to republish wholesale. Reasonable quoting with attribution is always fine.

Forms and accounts

Anything you submit through a form on this site (contact, service enquiry) is used to respond to you and, where relevant, logged in our CRM. See the privacy policy for details on what’s collected and how to have it removed.

No warranty on the site itself

The site is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page is error-free.
