Can I use Marula Music products royalty-free in my commercial projects?

Yes. All Marula Music products are 100% royalty-free. You can use them in commercial productions, songs, albums, films, and video games without further payment or attribution. You may edit and re-work the sounds as needed.

Why are my presets not loading?

Make sure your plugin is updated to the latest version. Our presets are designed for current versions of their respective VST plugins. Older or unsupported plugin versions may not load them correctly. If the issue persists, get in touch and we’ll help sort it out.

Can I use the sounds to create another sample pack or sound library?

No. You may not re-package, re-sell, re-license, or redistribute the contents of any Marula Music product as part of another sample pack, preset bank, or sound library. All other commercial use is permitted.

Orders & Downloads

How do I receive my download after purchase?

All digital products are delivered via instant download. You’ll receive an email with a download link immediately after your order is confirmed. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.

I’m having trouble downloading my product.

Contact us at info@marulamusic.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll resolve it. Include your order number in the email.

Do you offer refunds?

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed. If you have a compatibility issue, contact us first and we’ll do our best to help.
