All Marula Music digital products are licensed, not sold. By purchasing a product, you receive a non-exclusive, single-user licence to use the contents as described below.

What you can do

• Use loops, samples, and presets in your own commercial productions, songs, albums, films, and video games.
• Edit, re-pitch, layer, or otherwise modify the sounds for use in your projects.
• Release music commercially that contains these sounds without any royalty payments or additional licences.

What you cannot do

• Resell, re-licence, lease, or transfer the product or its contents to any third party.
• Distribute, share, or upload the product files to any platform, service, or network.
• Use the sounds to create another commercially available sample pack, preset bank, or sound library.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in Marula Music products remain with Marula Music. This licence grants you the right to use the contents; it does not transfer ownership.
