MFM2

MFM2 (More Feedback Machine 2) is a multi-tap delay plugin built around a configurable feedback matrix. It provides four delay lines, each with its own multimode filter, independent time controls (absolute or tempo-synced), and routing defined by a 4×4 feedback matrix, meaning the output of any delay line can feed back into any other, not just itself. Six default routing configurations are included alongside a user-configurable matrix mode. Four syncable LFOs with eight waveform options modulate delay time, filter cutoff, and other parameters.

Inside the feedback loop, MFM2 includes a pre-feedback processing section that can insert a limiter, bit crusher, phaser, frequency shifter, granular pitch shifter, or diffusor before the signal recycles. Version 2.5 added native Apple Silicon support, VST3 and CLAP formats, and a redesigned input section. The result is a delay plugin that moves well beyond ping-pong or tempo-synced echo into territory covering pitched feedback loops, metallic resonances, and diffusion-based textures.
