UVI Sparkverb

Sparkverb is an algorithmic reverb from UVI covering a wide range of room sizes and reverb character, from small ambiences and tight rooms through to large halls and infinite, evolving pads. Its parameter set includes controls for pre-delay, decay, size, diffusion, damping with independent high and low frequency damping, and an early reflections section with adjustable level and shape. A modulation section adds subtle pitch variation to the tail to reduce metallic artefacts and add liveliness.

The design prioritises CPU efficiency alongside sound quality, making it practical for use on multiple tracks simultaneously rather than as a single-instance send reverb. Sparkverb is part of UVI’s standalone effects range, separate from its instrument library ecosystem, and supports VST, AU, and AAX formats with UVI’s own authorization system rather than iLok.
